I'll be getting back on it today!

Jo your mind is much sturdier and more capable than you give it credit for - and at the moment the fact that you're not believing you are strong enough is your biggest weakness. You DO know what you should be doing, and you SHOULD be insisting on doing the right thing for yourself, and it is time to STOP declaring that you can't look after yourself. because you CAN. So yes, get back on it today, but please stay on it - you're letting yourself down if you don't.
