Well, last night we went and had japanese for supper. I had 2 pieces of sushi but it had the sticky rice with it so that's bad. I also ate 2 bites of fried rice, 3 pieces of teriyaki chicken, a few pieces of grilled veggies and about 1/2 a glass of wine. Yep, I cheated but it didn't push me over my net carb count too bad. This has been a planned meal since January so I guess I was thinking that since we had been talking about it long before I started my diet this week I could cheat a little. Thinking like that will be my undoing! I've got to stay on track and LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!!
