Full Disclosure, I took the weekend off from watching what I eat. Also, had a bit of wine at a Superbowl party. But, and I mean BUT..I did it for a reason. I have a gym partner and we both signed up for Planet Fitness. Today was our first workout and I am really happy that I was as fit as I was. I remember the first time I was ever on an arc trainer, I could only do 10 minutes. Today, I did 30 minutes at the lowest Weight Loss program. I FEEL GREAT.
Hopefully, weather pending (we are expecting a snow storm) we will be going again on Friday.
