Just had my glass. Of ice water drank at least 20 glasses of a ice water per day. Last night before bed all I could think about was food but resisted using my glass of water even popped some popcorn before bed and instead fed it to my birds.

The hardest part of dieting is the mental aspect I keep trying to talk myself out of the diet or trying to break the diet or justifying this with the rationale dieting is pointless you'll crave that bad food again and go through this silly diet routine perpetually

But some how the will to win succeeds

I have a theory that exercise makes losing weight more difficult because it increases appetite and slows down the process.

Lose the weight first, then start an exercise program. The FatSecret is commitment, you stay committed for six months, making it a year is easy peasy. My first goal when I started was 227 days 100%. I made it, and it made the rest embarrassingly easy.

It is a mental game. If you're head isn't in the right place, it's brutal and almost impossible to begin and stick with an eating plan. I've walked that path so many time, got it together, lost then gained over 20 back. Now I think I'm in the right place. Exercising for me helps me lose. Particularly when I do HIIT. Yesterday I started a plan a friend here said he was doing.... walk 1 mile an hour. Hit the 1.10 mile this morning and will get on the recumbent and peddle a mile after lunch. Just walk a little bit and set goals for yourself. Half a mile then increase it.

The mouth can easily wipe out an exercised program; start your weight loss with mental control over the mouth, too many start with exercise first.

the dizziness headache fatigue and hunger by week 2 will be gone and the need to talk your self out. the talking is just a result of the symptoms you are experiencing. YOUR BODY IS TRYING TO ADJUST JUST TWO WEEKS YOU WILL BE OK

In my case the symptoms lasted 2 or 3 days I now don't really feel that anymore except this empty feeling in my midsection

Its been 4 days now and the urge to go over calorie program is always there but gets more subdued and less persistent the longer I get use to the new eating regimen. Humans in prehistory regularly ran out of food it probably was very scarce compared to today and people didn't have machines to takeout the human calorie burn factor.

If you wanted a grain of wheat you had to do harvestl by hand, if you wanted meat you had to chase it, butcher it, prep it build a fire etc

After the huge amount of calories burned for small rewards people were probably much thinner and were always fasting because the energy required to obtain the food was more than the calories in the food.
