Damn. Must remember to stop having dinner at 10pm...

Good idea... it never works for me, either. However, if you feel hungry, eating a cheese stick or some type of veggies (like cucumber or just salad with dressing) can keep you from feeling sooo hungry, especially the next am. Of course, there is always water... Good luck remembering!

I have that same habit. I have piece of canadian bacon or deli meat and a bottle of water, something light but just enough to get past that hunger. Also SF Jello is a good late night snack.

I never believed in the rule of stop eating after 7, but having dinner that late might not be so wise. Well, only if you are going to sleep right after if not, walk it off and it should be fine. What time to you go to bed?

Thanks guys. Yeah, the problem is that I'm snacking (on healthy stuff) throughout the day, so I'm not hungry by my normal dinner time (7 or 8pm)... and then before I know it, it's 9 or 10pm and I realise I haven't had dinner. Since it's bad to undereat, I have dinner that late, just for the sake of getting in the calories; not because I'm hungry. I'm happy to report I'm not hungry at all on this diet because I'm eating every 3 hours or so but yeah, the late night dinner only an hour or two before going to bed has got to stop. Glad I'm not the only one with that habit :-) Oh and yeah Robin, we did have the SF jello.... as our dessert! :-D
