Not much of a drop. Went to Doctor for blood results. A1c 8.9 ouch. Low in Vitamin D ... Low in HDL... everything else in normal ranges. Trying to be up here. Well the sun is shining, the birds are singing. God is willing to show us mercy. thanks to all the supporters here. I actually love to blog here.
