That was tough - waiting out my cycle! Thankfully though the graph is pointed in the right direction now. It looked like I was making a circle there for a while! Though we have my husband's soccer team's Christmas party tonight and my daughter's birthday party tomorrow, so it may look like a W by the end of the weekend!

Come on, back up in that saddle!! You can DO IT! A nice walk will help with the retention from "auntie" and drinking plenty of fluids and eating for your goal... YOU CAN DO IT! KICK IT, GIRL!! ;)
