My Ketone levels are really good at the moment and I'm enjoying the spring weather in Hertforshire :) All is good.

What do you use to test your ketone levels ?

Hi Sharryanna, I use a Ketone meter. The brand name is 'On-Call' and I test myself every morning as soon as I wake up. I also test myself for blood glucose with a seperate meter. G.
