I'm so dissapointed... I haven't kept up with my hard work. I was side tracked by my final exams, as well as some family troubles. I'm just glad that I didn't gain all of the weight back, only 5 lbs... for 25 days. I'm somewhat impressed that I've been able to keep at least 10 of the lbs off. I'm sooo totally getting back on track. I also think im 5 lbs heavier because of certain female reasons... ladies, you know what I'm talking about. I despise water retention, I have to be very careful with my salt intake. Now I have all the time in the world to work out and regulate what's going in my mouth. I'm so excited!! When all my friends and floor mates come back from winter break (Winter break is for a whole month!!) They'll see a new Janice!! :-D I'll definitely get back to 275 by the end of this week, even with it being Christmas tomorrow!!! Happy Christmas everyone , as well as other holidays!!!
