I lost it during christmas to. I came in with a game plan and threw it out the window at the first taste of turkey! Dont worry. Im fairly certan that atleast some of it is probably water retention. I weighed 4lbs heavier yesterday morning then today. I think its all the extra Christmas carbs and not drinking enough water. Anyways good luck and hope you can get on track. Im bound and determined to do that today since I failed miserably yesterday.
