Sorry I haven't been logging my food, I will get back into that habit!

I have been running, 3 days a week for the past two weeks which has been awesome! And I'm lifting 3 days a week too.

Believe it or not, even though the scale refuses to move (sigh!) my clothes are fitting better - loose even! - and I am SEEING RESULTS! This whole "Diet and Exercise" thing really works!

77,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,2 kg a la Semana
