misbehaved this weekend on the carbs and cals, had fun though it was worth it. Back on track now, just discovered flax seeds I love this stuff. Been making microwave bread and I'm going to start documenting my creatine use. I been using it for ever but never documented it so I figured why not..

I use ground flax seed on yogurt in protien shakes and even on oatmeal. ITS DELICIOUS!!!! One of my freinds is a body builder and he set me up with some website to buy Amino Acids from. I'm gonna give that a whirl and see if it helps add something. (your creatine use reminded me of it lol)
