I'm still amazed at how much my weight fluctuates in a 24 hr. time period up/down unbelievable.... Anyway its down this morning :) Thinking about going to the Gym Early today... Was'z a little hungry yesterday so had a Big Lunch late and a couple of snacks...everything was on program except maybe micro waved French Fries O my gosh were they ever good lol think I've found another source for potatoes... I was still so full no dinner so just went to bed...lunch time 7:00pm
