This is the heaviest I've ever been except when I was pregnant. I want to lose weight so bad. But I also want to eat the 2 bags of peanut M&Ms in my office drawer. I won't though. I hate that my clothes don't fit. Heck my undies are getting too tight. The day is full of choices. Today I will make healthy choices!

Well I swore I would start writing down EVERYTHING. It's embarrassing to write down what I actually ate. 😖it might not be exact calorie wise but I get the idea. I am addicted to sweets. I ate all of what I had in the house so tomorrow will be rough but better.
