Thanks for your support and encouragemet. I was quite shocked to see the weight this morning. I'm back to work after a week of classroom, eating healthier, watching the portions and, probably most importantly, dialing back on the beverage intake after a long weekend ☺ I still am going through legislation (OHS and Labour) so I doubt I'll be exercising tonight. But, I'm still committed to getting back at it.
