Hit goal weight. Will continue to try and lose body fat. Have been doing PSMF with great success but am sick of chicken, lol!

Grandkids will be out of school in a few days. Summer with them is always challenging, food wise. I always want to take a little bite here, little bite there, finish their food, etc....Will need to be aware and NOT do it!

Will continue eating my ketogains macros, and throw in a day or 2 of PSMF macros and see how that goes.

Summer then is an opportunity for you to lead by example and model a healthier way of eating. Treats do not have to be of the junk food variety. I see so many people here who feed their children’s and grandkids the same foods that got them into trouble. The other thing I notice when I see pictures that show kids eating is that the portions they are often served are way beyond what a true portion should be for that child’s size. History repeating itself. This could be a great summer for you to leave a lasting mark on your grandkids lives.
