Workout done today. Bad weekend of eating too much, I think I was trying to make up for what I can't eat tomorrow. The clear liquid diet will be no fun, but then the two days after that of maybe eating one meal won't be fun either. If they figure out why my stomach is always so yucky, it will be worth it. I may not be a ray of sunshine the next few days, but at least I don't have to do this for the rest of my life. I'm hoping to have a renewed sense of meaning (and motivation) to eating healthy and exercising after not being able to do it for a couple of days.
