I totally know the feeling...just keep your head up. Winter time sucks for most of us...exercising is the last thing on our minds plus snuggling under the blankie/sitting in front of a heater or fire is waaaaaaay nicer than breaking a sweat...don't even get me started on food,lol.Just take it a day at a time...a meal at a time...tahts all you can do. In time those small changes will add up...hope you are feeling better Msalicat1:-)
