I'm a bit nervous to weigh in tomorrow it is my female time of the month this week so i know i will have extra weight and I don't want to get discouraged because I been doing really well this week. I do need to start exercising though. I am thinking since I work usually 3 days a week I will work out the days I don't have work. So If I don't report a work out in my exercise log for this Friday someone virtually slap me! Seriously lol.
