I went to the gym today and went nuts! 3K on the treadmill....walking/running then elliptical for 20 min. Yoga then weights. I couldnt stop, I just kept thinking of the scales...wanting so bad to get into 170's! Even if its 179lbs. Im going to do the same tomorrow and weigh in monday morning. Fingers crossed! ☮
