Higher today. Knew I would be. After a low calorie day went out for dinner and had an ice cream. Today is a fast day. Tomorrow morning will be my low weight weigh in day. I feel like I've got it down to a science while remaining flexible during the week. Some week days are around 2000 cal (a deficit for me) and some days around 3000 (just over maintenance). We'll see what tomorrow brings.
