So good to keep seeing progress 😊Y'all. Seriously. I'm so motivated and thrilled to see this. Hubs and I are going grocery shopping this evening and plan to get some dumbbells or a kettle bell. I've got my eating under control and I'm ready to kick this journey up a notch!!

I'm in a keto group on Facebook with a friend. We were discussing my diet & really... I'm not keto but it would be easy to swap to it. However, I don't think I can get into the no watermelon wife right now. I mean, it's summer and I love watermelon too much
