I'm used to eating 20 carbs per day and while I don't count calories, I probably take in anywhere from 13,000 to 1,600 calories per day. This 1,900 per day goal seems a might high. The pound I gained today will come and go. I don't think I am capable of loosing weight anymore. My goal is to not gain weight and to and to reduce reduce my blood sugar to a normal level.
