I should know to weigh in the mornings which is what I try to do when there is nothing in my stomach instead of at night when I am still digesting food from that day. So, with that said even though it's still not what it should be, I am happy with the 2 pound loss over a few weeks with not really concentrating like I should on caloric intake. But, trying to be mindful of the time that I eat something i shouldn't. At least if I eat it by lunch, I still have time to hopefully work it off before bedtime.
