A week and a half into Keto, and it's WORKING! Missing fruit, and almost caved when I had to cut up a watermelon for the rest of the fam, but stayed strong. Had a handful of cherries last night, but it didn't kick me out of ketosis this morning and the scale was down, so WIN!! What I love about this way of eating is that, for the most part, it's easy to feel satisfied after a meal. Enjoying eggs a million different ways, grilled meats, spinach, salads...hard to feel deprived, fruit notwithstanding :-)
