Finally down from my low!!!... Lowest weight since last year.. 10.4 till my goal for 2012... 22.4 to lose for 2012 and now I'm over half way thru...

My next mini goal date was set for April 28th to coincide with an event... Only .4 to get there..might change my goal dates.... But for now I'll leave as is..

The only change had been my consistently increased water intake... Boom
