Just get back into it. If it was a recent fall off the wagon it is likely mostly water weight and will drop off with 2-3 days of good fasting. Don't do dairy or fruit. Stick to protein and veggies like cauli, zucchini and broccoli. then after that you can go back to more of a regular keto plan. Hang in There!
