I think it could be a reason as my scale does that too. By the way I have just started following your journey and you are amazing. Congratulations on how far you have reached without working out or doing xoxo diets. Its truely inspirational!
I am trying to get back to shape too with almost no time to exercise other than a short stroll here n there. I am watching my diet from last four months but my loss has been very very slow and inconsistent. I love how you could anticipate and know what food choices works for you. I need to learn that somehow. I could have exactly same food for weeks with different reading on scales every day. Any tips?
