The vacation to the Bahamas was disatrous for my weight. Too much drinking and eating to fill up the time. The one silver lining is that i did work out 5 of the 7 days i was there, potentially limiting thw weight gain and maintaining my cardio gains. Now its time to get back on track and melt those pounds away
