700cal intake yesterday seen me at a loss 💗🙏🏻
Im not having breakfast. Just lunch, dinner and late snack with non cal beverages throughout the day. Warm warmer after waking witch is good for digestion also following meals i will have warm water for the same reason. I have cold water throughout the rest of the day or after any activity as it helps hydrate and cold water helps your body burn energy to warm the core temp up, in turn helps aid weight loss. I'm about to have lunch. Haven't decided on what yet 😁
90,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 25,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
