It's the best thing to get up & workout firsst thing in the morning. I have so much more energy when Ido & really miss it if i miss a day. I usually eat a banana just something light to get the metablolism working, (at least that's what my personal trainer tells me to do) I know for me I just can't be bothered to work out at night, just no energy left. I reckon it's time to veg out after cooking dinner & helping with homework & the rest of it.
