Welp, after 1.5 weeks of no alcohol and mostly clean/healthy eating, I'm down under 165 again. Goal is to stay on track until my beach vacation Aug 25-27. I'm still weight training 3-4 times a week and have been adding more cardio. Wouldn't mind getting to 160 before my trip!
