So I hit my goal and I don't know how I honestly feel about it. I was able to get shredded, preserve lean muscle while being able to lift heavier in the gym. Now I think I want to try a different route and put a little size back on at least 5lbs. Wish me luck it's going to be hard for me with my metabolism now sky rocketing.

Yeah, please share any tips, though it's probably even harder for women to build muscle. I'm still losing body fat at 3000kcal and very very light exercise. Member Do N OK started a group for maintainers; maybe you'd like that?

(Not complaining about losing body fat; I love seeing definition I didn't have even in my teens and 20s playing competitive sports.)
