Yes April761, I am always surprised at how well it is working. I have never eaten this way before, so it is new but I do love it too. Hubby says he is sorry that I can't eat what I want to eat, I told him that I can eat what I want, this is the way I want to eat. It works and I always feel good anymore, so much better than I had been feeling before finding FS and my WOE.
