Well, the scale finally moved! After being stuck for more than a week, I'm down a half a pound. Thanks to those who helped me realize I was getting bored with the food, and wasn't eating enough, and telling me about fatsecret!
75,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 16,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
