{{{Disappointed with my weigh-in today. Totally not motivated to workout this morning. I'm considering skipping it this a.m., and maybe just doing an evening workout. That's IF I muster up the motivation to do it.}}}
***TODAY'S FOOD*** 1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, vanilla extract, water, orange juice, ice) 2.)Snack: 2 Pirouettes 3.)Lunch: Fish Soup 4.)Snack: 4-6 Pirouettes 5.)Dinner: Rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, carne tampiquena, lettuce, chips, salsa....and crap i shouldn't have eaten!!! DAMNIT!!!
{{{I've been binging because of my frustration with this up and down weight gain. Right now, it seems to be going up. I've been working hard everyday (except the weekends), and I still am not losing what I want to lose. It's frustrating, and I'm starting to get in that I-Don't-Care-Anymore phase; which is not good, because I don't want to start gaining it all back again. But I'm just so frustrated.}}}

{{{I pushed myself to do an evening workout even though I've been feeling unmotivated and frustrated all day. I don't know if it'll do much, but at least I tried. I'm expecting to weight more tomorrow, since I didn't workout in the morning AND ate more than I should...as well as ate a bunch of things I shouldn't have [eaten much of]. Hopefully I'll be in a better mood tomorrow and be able to work up enough motivation to workout in the morning.}}}
