Well, I was expecting more than a 3 lb loss over the last 2 weeks, but I am still happy with my results. I've lost a total of 10 lbs in the last month! So, overall, I'm pleased with my progress. I started running again, yesterday... so I'm hoping to get back on track with exercise.
