Hi everyone -a small loss this week 😩.. cut my calories right down - tend to drink coffee (2-3 mugs during the day ) walk around 9-10 mile with my job and around 19,000 steps .. but find from 4pm onwards Hard to resist temptation.. . Eating healthy with the odd treat daily to keep me motivated.. I guess I’m like most want the instant results ,.and don’t like waiting? The journey is long but hopefully worth it ? 🤔
88,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You have to remember it's a marathon, not a sprint. We'd all like to lose faster I suspect ... but the excess weight didn't arrive overnight and it won't go overnight. Working towards a healthier future is the important part. All the best!
