Well, I'm not gaining, but not losing either. I know it's because of my eating the last few days, but I'm glad, and surprised, I didn't gain.
I started Insanity last night and then did the 2nd workout this morning, and my body is just going to be dead by this evening. I can really feel all my muscles working when I'm doing it, so I hope I can stick with it and get through a full 60 days. My hubby did Day 1, so we'll see if he sticks with it too. If I can get my eating habits into shape too, then I'm sure I'll see a loss and feel much better, but the eating is the hardest part for me.
Tonight my son has baseball practice, so that will at least keep me out of the house for an hour, and away from any junk. Maybe I can take the puppy and we can go for a walk, that is if my legs are still functional this evening. Happy Tuesday to all!
