Diario de JockoT, 13 oct. 17

Not good. It is my plan, starting today, to go onto 16:8 fasting. I will try and restrict my eating to between 10:00 and 18:00. I will also get back onto counting calories (pain in the derriére though it is), and I will cry on your shoulders, if I may, when I am struggling.

Made some chocolate chip shortbread and, because it was after 6pm, I haven't even tried it! Madge says it is good.

Had a bit for breakfast, but it is disappointing. Choc chips are like shotgun pellets and impart no flavour! Won't try that again.

I am trying the 16.8 diet at the moment because I am useless at counting calories. I always fancy a biscuit with my evening coffee, that is the hardest. Good Luck. 👍

Thanks. it does work if you stick to it. My wife lost a lot of weight by doing nothing else other than stopping eating after 6 pm. I am also trying a bit of all day fasting, thrown in. Trying for Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday each week. See how it goes.

Counting calories can be a pain but it's the only way we can have the knowledge of what and how much we are consuming...

I am OK when I eat something that has the calories on the packet but then not really adding in everything on my plate or guessing how much it is. I always under estimate probably so I don't go over my allowance. I know I cheat so I can't complain.
