So my weight has spiked a tad, owing mostly to going away to the bush with family (This is honestly when I battle the most). Growing up, going away always involved food, snacks and more food.This mindset is hard to break! I did try and train while away but I must admit, it was a pretty piss poor effort. Time to get back on the wagon....
