I have experienced fatigue, brain fog, lack of motivation for almost three years due to ptsd, that's how I gained these unwanted pounds. I have changed my diet, seeing results, but my lifestyle is still pretty sluggish, chores, activities and life usually don't get done so well these days. Since changing my diet I decided to also purge my house and organize. Keeps me busy and out of the fridge and off the couch... 👍 I felt I needed an extra boost to stay motivated, so I bought some fat burning green tea pills. HUGE MISTAKE. I feel like I was drugged. Heart is pounding, sweaty, shaky, can barely focus, I feel like curling up on my bed until this passes. Does anyone have any natural energy boosting tips/supplements that won't make me feel like I am drugged? I should have known better, since I barely drink coffee anymore. This stuff is too strong!

I've tried many supplements to get a boost. All in all, I feel HIIT have worked best. 30 seconds of high speed work out of some sort, 90 seconds rest. Repeat this six times. All done in about 10 minutes. Find it clean out the body and give a feel-good sensation that is greater than the invested effort. This morning I found HIIT apps on Google Play, that will beep for when it's time to do something high-speed, and when to relax. The HIIT routine I mentioned has been researched and found to be the best routine to follow, especially for heart patients but also for others. I like it, as it doesn't take long, and the reward is very noticeable.

@diddlee, I'll look into it. I am very limited on exercises due to a severe separation of my ab muscles. 😩being tiny and having ginormous babies was not ideal for me

Can add that Now Foods, Thyroid Energy seems to do something after a week of use. I get the impression that it provide up-and-do power. Could be related to L-Tyrosine. Not sure.
