I'm so confused by gaining .4 lbs. I too had gained this amount this morning and I haven't changed anything....I hope my body isn't about to go backwards... That .4 lbs sure discouraged me 😢 

It's a blip. My body can add or subtract up to 5 pounds in a day. Track and average is my strategy. Water retention, hormones, and many other factors come into play. Keep doing what works, and hang in there!
