So I'm a bit upset. I'm trying not to freak out but I haven't lost a thing!! I've been good, or so I thought. On a happier note, I seem to be toning...or my body is changing. I've noticed my legs and ankles seem to be a bit slimmer an my stomach is shrinking. I just wish I'd see it on the scale.
