Accountability post day 26. Burning fat like crazy & slept well right through the night!
I have started another soft dry fast since 0700h this morning. This means I can have water contact (brush teeth, wash hands, have shower)
I won't be taking in any fluids at all, this is the difficult part that is a huge challenge for me. I will be taking this fast just 8hrs at a time, this way I can manage my brain better with more control too. My goal is 4 days, then I will switch back to Snake Juice for 5 days.
