Diario de Song of Grace, 04 dic. 17

I'm at probably will be the most difficult point in my weight loss journey. I have never been able to break below 150 and stay there. For some reason my body thinks just above 150 is perfect.... Gotta hang in there. Gotta reset what my body wants for its norm.
69,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Don't know if it's true but at a ww meeting years ago the stated you weight will stall for a long time if you use to weigh this amount most of your life. Change it up drop some carbs for a week see if that trigger a result! Good luck

I hear ya. I am stuck at 144. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, aside from starving myself. At one point I was doing 1.5 hours of exercise a day to try and get past it. For 2 months I did that 4-5 days a week. I just started drinking apple cider vinegar twice a day to see if that helps. Let me know if you find something that works!!

I get stuck all the time! But I have found that reconsidering all my calculations as if starting over can help. It also remotivates me that I am On the right track. Then I stick to my long term plan. With good math and will power and TIME I think we can all reach our goals. Have patience with yourself and Good luck!

I can totally relate, my body likes being at 140 pounds. I took a dna test and ironically that was the weight that they figured I would be at. 😛 I haven't given up though...

you've got this keep it up you can bust past this plateau! maybe try increasing water intake?
