Embarrassed, feeling the same old feelings, feel like I let FS down. I was so close to meeting the sub 300 mark. But my body thinks it is depriving it of life. Sounds good? OK. Back to the progress. I delayed this posting for about five days. People do not like to admit they have mental problems/ <<<<<<<<<<<me.
