Hi All! No loss this past week but no surprise.
A couple of things.. I still have the Flu/cold and it's been brutal. I've been eating easy at hand kinda stuff.
Oh and I never got to go to the Christmas party.
It's been just over a week of this and no end in sight Flu wise. I'll go to a medi centre tonight if I can find the strength.

Thanks NewnB that means alot. I didn't get to the medi today but will go tomorrow for sure. Haven't been working out either because it just took me down. Merry Christmas I'll keep ya posted in my next journal entry!😷🤧

Just think of all the calories you didn’t eat at the Christmas party, and I bet that will make up a bit for missing it. I’ve been sick a week and a half w a sinus infection; on Biaxin so my tongue tastes lousy and I’m nauseated. The good new? I actually had to make myself eat, because I didn’t take in ENOUGH calories. This is a first. Good luck on your goal, and have a Merry Christmas!
