Was back on low carb yesterday. I'm amazed at how my body responds to low carb. Now I need to work on new recipes, food combinations that can sustain me over time. God is my refuge and my strength. A very present help in time of need.
97,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 29,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Try dietdoctor.com for some great recipes. They have reawakened my interest in gourmet cooking. They also have a two week challenge were they send recipes and a shopping list to your inbox.
