Changed my diet. Moved from Slow Carb to High Fiber. I joined a genetic study for 12 weeks and based on my genetics, 23AndMe thinks I should be on a High Fiber diet.

Interesting part ... I added whole grains (brown rice or spelt or wheat berries) and whole grain bread into my diet. Kept lots of leafy greens and protein, except reduced beef and pork.

So now, I am losing weight and eating bread - life is good!!!

Great job, sounds like you may have found a way of eating that includes some bread and still move forward to your goals.
